Dr. Antonella Napolitano

Biography

After graduating in Medicine and Surgery from the Second University of Naples in 2011, she specialised in Gynaecology and Obstetrics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia under the guidance of Prof. Alessandro Genazzani, with whom she collaborated in the management of the Menopause, Gynaecological Endocrinology, Contraception, Gynaecological Ultrasound clinics, and still collaborates in scientific research in the field of Gynaecological Endocrinology and Women's Health. She holds a three-year Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Clinical Acupuncture with qualification to practise acupuncture, with FISA certification. A great fan of natural medicine, she understands and exploits its outstanding potential for integration with western medicine as a tool for a synergistic approach to personal health. She is a medical manager at the Reggio Emilia Local Health Authority and author and co-author of numerous scientific publications in national and international journals. At Terme di Sirmione - Therapy District she deals with oncological prevention, gynaecology in adolescence and childbearing age, menopause, obstetrics, gynaecological and obstetrical ultrasound scans, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Techniques.
