Biography

Physiotherapist with a university diploma as a Rehabilitation Therapist and a first class honours degree cum laude in Physiotherapy in 2005. Specialised in Mechanical Spinal Diagnosis and Therapy at the McKenzie Institute, with advanced training including treatment of the lumbar and cervical spine and limbs. She has also completed the McConnell course for patellofemoral treatment, as well as specialised courses in musculoskeletal diagnosis and treatment with P. Van Wijmen, and Kinesio Taping Method KT1/KT2. She collaborated with the Chierego and Perbellini Nursing Home and the Don Calabria gym in Negrar, where she assisted patients in orthopaedic rehabilitation until 2022. She is also experienced in running exercise groups for adults and the elderly, offering a comprehensive and personalised approach to physical recovery.
